But the way cure you is because you are bigger than the microorganisms that infest you. A lethal dose for them is small. That is why these drugs are portioned in milligrams.

When you are big and they are small you exploit the difference.
You administer under the lethal dose.

But when the parasites take over and pass a quorum call they start to crank out toxins to kill you. BTW- a Jewish quorum is called a minion.
