When read by an adult ego state it is obvious this is not about guns at all. It is about Militias.
Ask a child ego state gun collector why the 2nd starts with “well regulated militia.”
In order for it to work adults need to be present.
Q: Where is your militia?

Even the name Terms of Service Agreement is discouraging to the child who wants to get right in and start playing. They could have named it anything. It must be important. Why do you think they chose words children are allergic to?
Do an experiment, give the paper to your child and ask him to read it. Offer a wonderful reward. He wont read it. Tell him he can’t leave his room until he reads it. He still wont. He will NEVER read it and neither will you! Not an accident, design. The whole legal system is designed to alienate the child ego state. They speak in Latin because children hate it. Lawyers become our surrogate parents. Court is merely a type of really rotten day care for many people.
And yet our constitution is a legal document guaranteeing our rights. How odd we never really read it. We boast about them and how historically earth-shattering they are but do not have them memorized? We should at least recite them once a year on July 4th, shouldn’t we? The Jews have holy days when they all read the 10 commandments… because they cherish them. We obviously do not.
This is why all contracts fail when children sign them.
No militias, no training, no leadership, no freedom.
You could openly start a militia right now and they would not dare to stop you.

We abdicated the responsibility on our end of this contract. The tyrants didn’t. They just stepped into the void we left. Oh you don’t want a militia? OK. Yeah, you wont need one. We are good parents. We’ll take care of you.
Adult responsibility is the key ingredient and it is missing in the recipe for a free state.
That’s why they want you to remain in a perpetual Child Ego State until they dispose of you and you have no rights to exercise.

The short form essays kept me hooked until I completed them all - great technique.
I gained many interesting perspectives from these essays on the content and strategies of the globalists war on mankind. Very interesting.
A few comments.
If you read the Rulers of Evil you might remember that the American Revolution, which is more correctly called America's first civil war, was set up and executed by the Jesuits and their Freemasons, and opened the way to religious freedom and a flood of Catholics into the country. It also broke the British Crown's proclamation line and the new 'independent' nation quickly took all the land to the west, to the north and south, creating the nation we know today. It was a vast continental colonization plan, which the 'revolution' allowed the oligarchs to put into action.

And as you noted about the words used in the opening - the use of the word 'liberty' and not freedom is telling. Liberty is something you give to slaves. And it has been understood since Babylon that the emperors or kings can take it away.

And might I point out that I was raised as a Catholic - so to get from there to here has been a long journey.
Using an AI recently I stumbled across what I believe is the true meaning of 'Jesus Christ' and what it really means to say that one believes in this.
What started me down the investigation of this was in a Catholic online newspaper reading the words 'Jesus is Christ.' - That little word 'is' changed everything.
This is what I found.
The name Jesus comes from the original Hebrew name Yeshua which means salvation, or that salvation comes from Yahweh.
The surname Christ comes from the original Hebrew Hamasharch, which means the Messiah.
So, to this point we have 'Salvation comes through Yahweh, and comes from the Messiah.
But the Messiah is a Hebrew Bible concept, carried over into the New Testament, that says that the Son of God will return as a man from the House of David, the Davidic Covenant, and he will rule all of the Earth under the kingship of God, a one world government, a dictatorship, by a man-god-king, claiming the right in the name of Yahweh.
But who is Yahweh?
When we dig back through Mesopotamian history we discover that Yahweh is the god Ninurta, also called Ashur (Assyrians), also called Nimrod (Bible), also called Jupiter (Romans), also called Apollo (Greeks). He was the god of war.
Ninurta was the son of Enlil, the Annunaki king of earth before the Great Flood, wo returned to their home planet called NIbiru- so Ninurta was the Son of God, where do the Annunaki come from? they come from Nibiru, which the Sumerian texts tell us was also called sky or Heaven.
Ninurta assumed the archetype role of the son of God, with his father in Heaven, and he declared it was his plan to rule the entire world - known as the Shinar Directive (Shinar = Sumer), or as some call it Nimrodism, which is the heart of Zionism.
Ninurta was the ruling god of all the Mesopotamian pantheons for thousands of years until 612 BCE when the Assyrian Empire fell apart and devolved to its parts again - kingdom of Judah, Babylon (before the Persians took it), and the Sumer city states.
But they all still worshipped Ninurta and by this time patriachy had taken root and the role of the other gods and goddess of the ancients were muted, and so it was literally a monotheist religion in that the only god that counted was the god of war, Ninurta.
This is the god that king Josiah of the kingdom of Judah declared was their 'one true god-king' - which centralized the power of the imperial cults and centralized the priesthoods into one singular group. Powerful and politically a great weapon as the Assyrians and Babylonians had proven over the last x,000 years.
We must also reflect that the word 'God' - was invented for this purpose.
In the past wee see it clearly the ancient giant Annunaki kings and queens were deified and became called gods - and the Sumerians and Babylonians worshipped their leaders as god-kings, as they allegedly descended from the ancient Annunaki gods.
So they were man-god-kings - in fact there is a group in Europe Rex Deus, that tracks their families back totthis group - secretive as f**k - so when you drop 'man-king' you get 'God!'
God means King, means emperor, means the Pontifex Maximus, the king of all kings, the one king that rules the earth - who is the Son of God-king in heaven, which is the archetype for Enlil, and the Son of God, is the archetype from Enlil's son Ninurta, which his father had the position before him when he ruled the earth in pre-flood times, and this is the archetype for the alleged man Jesus Christ, and the future Messiah. It's all archetypes.
It is worth noting that in the Annuanki there are 2 main clans, the Enlil clan, which hated humanity and wanted to rule as tyrants over slaves, and the Enki clan which loved humanity and wanted them to behave and obey the laws of the gods, but wished for them to develop their full potential as he, Enki, was the original creator and he made man in the image of the Annunaki, in the image of the gods - but despite these good wishes the clan of Enki still wanted to rule under their Crown Monarchy Imperialism -
