THE LAW OF OPTIONS
6 #WeaponizedHypnotism
If you are ever in a candy store and tell your child, “OK, you can have ONE thing… go choose.” He will panic. You will either be there forever or he will return with 5 things, minimum. He simply can’t make so vast a decision. And then you will make him cry as you hold up each thing in a succession of binary choices until you reduce the selection to one item.
But if you ask him “chocolate or vanilla?” omitting all the other possibilities, the people in line behind you won’t die of old age.
Here is why. This is not a real law. It is a model based on the way our minds seem to work. But it is as valid as the Pareto Principle (AKA the 80/20 rule)…
THE LAW OF OPTIONS
1 option is no choice
2 is a dilemma
3 is a real “choice”
4 options all the way to infinity is only navigable by the Adult Ego State… it is overwhelming to the Child.
This is why while we are in the #ChildEgoState we will always be victims of our captors’ tricks. They offer us false dilemmas and we fall for them every time. There is no exiting the Romper Room in the Child Ego State.
It is worse with animals.
Have you ever seen a cat react to the presence of 2 laser pointer dots?
While humans can handle binary choices animals cannot. They have a one-track mind ALL THE TIME. A cat, when presented with one dot will chase it with abandon. With 2 dots, the cat will quickly lose interest… in both. Cats or dogs, if offered several equal dishes of the same food, will move between all of them in perpetuity and attempt to eat all of them.
Human children in a candy store are just one level above animals.
Journey to a destination.
Many if not most people have been optioned off course already. Their compasses have been off centered with the magnet of pernicious options.
Look around you.
Imagine for a moment a world without the overarching evil of Rothschild usury domination. Does this world seem like a paradise where humans can be content? It is full of venomous snakes, scorpions, spiders, poison ivy, urchins, mosquitoes, ticks, and thousands of animals with big pointy teeth.
You are surrounded by plants, 90% of which you cannot eat. We have to cook our food to make it digestible unlike the other creatures here that can eat it raw. We need clothes and shoes because of all the thorns and sharp rocks and poop on the ground. Watching just one episode of Naked And Afraid should make that clear.
Life is a constant struggle. This is not where you will live your best life now. It is obviously a training ground for humans. The other creatures here don’t need training. It is just for us to learn to survive. According to Darwin we would have evolved shoe soles and pelts similar to our pet dogs and cats millions of years ago.
It is a mistake to view it any other way. We cannot survive unless we constantly learn from and dominate our environment. We must adjust. The animals don’t learn or change because they don’t have to. We have to… constantly.
It is like that Aerosmith song says, "Life’s a journey not a destination."
