The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is the Phoenix Program in the USA. Other countries have other names for it but the model is the same. Recruiting informants is their main purpose. They collect spies in various fields: medicine, transportation, civic organizations. The job of DHS is to form relationships with business people, telecoms, postmasters, to report to DHS in order to assure security. That is how they can seemingly pull off such a brazen power play simultaneously throughout the whole world. It is the climax of world fascism. If the identity of all the CIA agents in the world was leaked to the public you would be shocked. The 1982 Federal Identities Act protects them. It is nothing short of organized crime.

There are no governments. They are an illusion. The world is run by an organized crime syndicate we call the Deep State. Russia is an illusion. The USA is an illusion. Ukraine is an illusion.

Phoenix taught the CIA/Deep State the most important counterinsurgency lessons in history: how to win people over with propaganda, they learned how to convince people to change sides (from rebel to obedient boot licker of the system), and how to wear them down so they don’t want to continue fighting. They even went one step further; they got them to turn against the insurrectionists so that not only is no one left fighting for you but they are all fighting you instead.

The fusion centers are where they monitor their progress. They skim all the photos and videos off your phones via MESH networks. You should resist bringing them to protests and documenting everything like fools. You may as well be working for the enemy. Your phone is.

The places where they push for more control is where there is still a high level of uncontrolled people. This is where they will set up the most traps/flypaper.

Hopium addicts are inevitable in this type of environment at first. They will swarm from one source of hopium to the next. They may start with Fox news but then switch to Newsmax and finally end up at Stew Peters. Has anyone ever heard Stew say the words "Zionist" or "Mossad"? But as they become disillusioned and their spirits are broken they will stop searching. When the traffic all but stops then the Deep State will know the mission is complete. This is why they need to track your browsing habits. This is what Facebook is really about. They need to know when to stop.

It is my conjecture that ALL the intelligence agencies of the world have been running similar counterinsurgency games of their own since WW2 and that they have compared notes and fused them into one perfect system; that is the beast system we are experiencing now.

The only way to disrupt their control is to break away from the child ego state which is their end goal.
