THE ART OF APPLIED MESMERISM
#WeaponizedHypnosis
If you are going to hypnotize someone or an entire group prestige is everything.
It is your credibility.
They need to believe that you can do it.
It encompasses trust, belief, expectation.
The opposite of prestige is lack of confidence.
Trump’s whole game relies on it.
No one pays $10,000 to join Billy Bob University to learn secrets of real estate development from Billy Bob Sixpack no matter how good his info is.
Prestige was also Hillary’s shtick.
If Americans didn’t believe she had the ability to follow through with gun confiscation and general socialism no one would have voted for Trump.
We all voted for Trump but not because we liked him but because we were terrified of the Hildebeast.
Those of us that can remember that far back know that he was a PT Barnum style carnival barker by trade. He was always a boisterous master of self-promotion and bankruptcy.
But, like the Chinese military parades, he covered his properties with tacky amounts of gold and glitz to prove his worth.
He was not always a super patriotic paragon of wisdom and enemy of the swamp like he is now. He completely changed in 2016. before that he ran for president announcing Colin Powell would be his Secretary of State and Oprah would be his Vice President.

I am just using him as an example.
They are all like that.
In order to trick people you need some basic elements:
PRESTIGE
TRUST
EXPECTATION
SUGGESTION
And CONVINCERS
Since what we generally refer to as hypnotism does not exist all these components must be used to create the illusion that it does.
This post is about stage hypnotism: the fake type of hypnotism.
It was pioneered by Franz Anton Mesmer.
He had no magic abilities but was an accomplished trickster.
He knew the power of prestige was to make people see what was not there and simultaneously disregard anything that might contradict his narrative. Every thought leader, tyrant, and magician has used them. They still us his techniques on us today.
Notice that all famous hypnotists have a background in theater and the performing arts.
They are stage performers. That is not a coincidence.
All actors know how to immerse themselves into a role (to get in character).
They are also adept at improvisation.
They rehearse.
They have contingency plans.
99% of the magic trick is done long before the magician walks on stage.
