This oath sounds like something they would recite in Nicaragua at gunpoint! A little paranoid about having your government overthrown, are we?
These cannot be the original words. There must have been a little paranoia in the minds of the authors of the rewrite.
Well, the big loophole I see is that you are swearing allegiance to two constitutions. Unless they are word for word the same there is bound to be a conflict. My advice, leave California ASAP!
