Without force, laws are merely suggestions.
The “force” is the cops.
Not the army, not the lawyers, not the judges, -the regular beat cops; the guys that make the arrests. Soldiers don’t carry handcuffs. Judges, governors, firemen don’t either.
If the cops do not enforce the laws then the laws do not exist -they are just words on paper.
If you can get a cop to ignore the laws (as they often do when it pertains to themselves) then the words on paper do not matter in the slightest.
There are 3 branches of government and all of them have to work together to make something happen. When one branch goes rogue the other 2 can check it and balance it.
Police are the executive branch.
They are the force behind the suggestion.
Cops don’t make laws.
They know that many laws are simply asinine or arbitrary.
They see the good and the bad and already have lost much respect for the rules that politicians tell them to enforce because they are politically or ideologically motivated and unpopular and often unenforceable without violating other laws.
So, persuading them to not enforce the laws they already despise is not going against their bias.
I once made a state trooper not write me a speeding ticket by making him stand out in the cold wind of January while I pretended for 10 minutes to look for my proof of insurance papers. 10 minutes in the ice box was enough time for him to decide that going 70 in a 55 was not worth the frostbite exposure. I let him change his own mind.
Cops are the enforcers but they are also the lowest level employees.
They don’t create the laws they enforce, others above them do not either, they just tell them what to do. They enforce rules created by someone else who does not understand how difficult the task may be, come rain or snow or potential civil war.
The government is watching us through the police.
They want the police to instill fear in us.
That is the purpose of the uniform and badge.
They only hire big guys for a reason.
But what if the police fear that they are being watched?
Some people are less dangerous when they are afraid.
But some people are far more dangerous when they are afraid.
The great leverage the Beast has over the people is not really being watched but the fear of maybe being watched right now. It is a fear that is aimed at the Child Ego State. Parents and Adults don’t care if they are being watched, only children. As I’ve written many times ALL the propaganda, ALL the psyops are directed at one target only… your inner child.
